Brother Knights, our Hoagies for Heaven fundraiser is just around the corner. Because of covid, we’re doing things a little differently, but the end product will still be the same. Here are the important dates and other information:
- May 1-2: Kickoff weekend. Announcements made after Mass and we’ll run an ad in the bulletin. No orders will be taken in person this weekend, just online. The hope is that most people will order online and prevent lines after Mass.
- May 8-9 and 15-16: In-person order taking after Mass. Will need 1 coordinator and 1 order taker per Mass. Coordinators are responsible for getting the iPad, petty cash, and orders from the previous Mass then passing it on to the coordinator after them. Time commitment of about 20 minutes. - May 22: Subs will be assembled in the morning on tables outside in the back parking lot and stored in the fish fry freezers. Signup sheet for sub assembly is here: Hoagies for Heaven Sub Assembly Signup Sheet
