Friday:

  1. Purchase: 1/2 Gallon of 2% white milk; 1 gallon of chocolate milk; 1/2 gallon of orange juice
  2. Order: Donuts
    1. June-August: 1doz Boston cream; 1 doz frosted with sprinkles; 1 doz (3 sour cream, 3 devils food, 6 glazed)
    2. September-May: 2doz Boston cream; 2doz frosted with sprinkles; 1 doz (3 sour cream, 3 devils food, 6 glazed); 1doz (3 French crullers; 3 blueberry cake; 6 long johns)

Sunday:

  1. Pick up donuts (Save receipt for reimbursement! Turn in to Financial Secretary.)
  2. Arrive at 9:45
  3. Place reserve markers on the first 5 rows of the front pews on the Mary side (reserve markers are located in the sacristy in one of the drawers on the south side of the island)
  4. Get the KofC banner from the Knights room closet and place by the first pillar on the Mary side
  5. Make coffee in kitchenette (1 pack of coffee per 1/2 gallon) Make 1 gallon June-August and 1 1/2 gallon September-May
  6. Place donuts in the undercroft
  7. Place milk & OJ in the kitchenette fridge
  8. Get supplies (napkins, cups, stirs) from storage room behind stage in the undercroft
  9. Place plastic table cloths on the two back tables (for coffee & drinks)
  10. Set up 3 tables for serving donuts
  11. After Mass bring beverages from kitchenette to undercroft
