Brother Knights
The fish fry committee has been busy planning this year’s fish fry. We are currently planning on doing dine in and drive thru this year. In order for us to do that we need a couple of Brother Knights to step up and take on the following important roles.
Dining room/kitchen team lead
Drive thru/Marion Hall team lead
Responsibilities for these roles are.
Making sure your areas are adequately staffed.
Running the nightly operations of your area.
If anyone would like to take on one of these roles please let me know.
