Brother Knights,
As you know the biggest fundraiser of the year is happening next weekend and it only happens with the help of volunteers like you. We have already made a lot of progress over the weekend and are looking forward to an ever more streamlined process each year. However, the only way the system works is if we get a lot of volunteers on some key days. First, on Monday we need folks to come help with tents and fences. Then on Wednesday is tables and chairs. All we need is a good ten families to come after work those days and knock some stuff out and we will be in a great spot heading into the rest of the week. So please bring the kids and we’ll get stuff out and serve dinner as well.
