Subject: Urgent SOOH Summer Games Update: We need your help on Saturday!
Hello Everyone!
Thank you so much to everyone who has signed up to volunteer for the State Summer Games on Friday and Sunday! We are officially hosting over 2,500 athletes this year—totaling more than 3,500 people when counting our amazing coaches, chaperones, and referees. This is one of our largest turnouts ever!
Because of this incredible growth, our need for volunteers has also increased. While our Friday slots are completely full and Sunday looks great, we are critically short on volunteers for our Saturday sports events.
We have two quick requests:
1.
Can you help on a Saturday shift? If you haven’t signed up for Saturday yet, we are kindly asking you to consider adding a shift to your weekend.
2. Spread the word! Please share our sign-up links with friends, family, coworkers, high school groups, civic organizations, or neighbors.
