Knights of Columbus St Michael Council #11445
December 2, 2025
REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING
Grand Knight LaMorte called regular business meeting to order at 730pm and
proceeded with an opening prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.
A motion was made to waive reading and approve the minutes of the prior meeting,
which was seconded and passed by voice vote without objections.
CHAPLAIN’S REPORT:
Looking feedback on a life size statue of Bl Michael McGivney and have a shrine on campus.
Thoughts:
- Kinda odd, would be better placed at state level and/or in Connecticut.
- Bl Michael McGivney represents so much more than the Knights, would be neat to see a shrine representing his love and care of orphans and the poor.
- Would be a good recruiting tool and would help to make us a destination/more seen.
Send other thoughts to the GK!
