It’s very important for our parish that we fill this out, and also get our spouses to fill it out as well. Our Diocese is in the midst of a survey which will gauge the life and faith of the faithful and help guide where and how the Bishop will invest time, energy and resources towards reaching his goals of greater and more effective Evangelization and Vocations.
