Brothers, we have two events needing volunteers for Memorial Day:
- Flags at Resurrection Cemetery This event was first started by Brother Chris Damo, and since his passing it has been kept going by his wife and many, many others. While it’s not a Knights event, we always have a strong showing. This typically only takes about an hour and it’s a great family event, even for families with kids in strollers. - Memorial Day Parade hot dogs Carrying on a tradition started by Fr. Dinovo, we need men to man the grill and buy the hot dogs, buns, and other items. We’ll bring up a motion to pay for the supplies at the May 12th meeting, but I’d like to get manpower commitments ASAP.
