As you know, festival season is upon us. Over the course of the last several years more and more of our daytime volunteers have been aging out of the setup effort, which makes volunteering in the evenings more important than ever. The only way the festival happens is if we get the whole community working together to do it.
Today, we are in need of people to come and help build the small white tents and the fencing around the grounds. Getting this done today is vital for us being able to get the electric done in the proper order and preparing us for the big tents to arrive tomorrow.
We welcome everyone to bring their whole families and help for us much time as you are able. Dinner and snacks will be provided. As of right now we have had NO volunteers sign up for the day shifts and and only a few guys signed up for evenings. We will not be able to finish set up if we don’t get more people.
