Our social at the Josephinum is coming up this coming Saturday. I am
taking over the arrangements for the event and do not have a complete list
of those that are planning to attend. *If you are planning to attend and
your name is not listed below, please reply back to me so we have an
accurate headcount for food.* For now we are planning on 30-40 from our
council for food.
Names I have from John’s earlier email:
John Greve
Chad Wilson
Chris Almond
Tom Messina
Seth Walker
Doug Costello
Bill Hinger
Chris Fricke
Richard Wade
Sean Murray
I understand that some members have a conflict due to the Mother/Son
Bowling event. It was not our decision to reschedule the event on this
date. If you are planning to arrive late due to this conflict or some
other reason, please note that the doors to the Josephinum are locked. You
can try to get one of us at the event to be let in, but I cannot guarantee
that we will have cell service inside. The outside door closest to the pub
is south of the main entrance as shown on the attached image.
Here is the *schedule for the evening*. IF you are arriving late, please
note where in the campus we will be.
4:30 – Short tour: PCJ Grounds & Cemetery, Academic Building Lobby,
Conrardy Hall, St. Turibius and St. Rose Chapels
5:20 – Brief greeting of PCJ formation representatives and officers of PCJ
and St. Michael’s councils in Conrardy Hall
(set up team preps pub)
5:40 – Rosary – St. Turibius Chapel
6:00 – Vespers – St. Turibius Chapel
6:15 – Pub opens
6:30 – Meal starts with prayer
9:30 – Final call and cleaning begins
9:45 – Final Fairwells
10:00 – Pub closes
As usual for this event, we will have a collection from our members for the
bar tab. I will be going around asking for donations, but you can
contribute before I get to you. The food is being taken care of by the
seminary so we do not have that as a cost as in past years.
Again, if your name is not on the list above and you plan to attend, please
let me know.
Thank you,
Brett Gissel
