Hoagies for Heaven

Brother Knights,

For our fall vocations fundraiser, we will be selling Italian subs with salami, capicola, pepperoni, and provolone cheese on a 7″ ciabatta roll with a homemade roasted red pepper pesto. We’re selling them for $7 each, and order forms will be inserted in bulletins and sent home with St. Michael School students. We will take orders for the first three full weekends of October after all Masses, with hoagies to be made the morning of Saturday, October 28th, and made available for pickup after all Masses the 28th and 29th.

We will need 2-3 volunteers after each Mass in October to take orders, as well as 20-24 people the morning of October 28th to assemble subs. Additionally we’ll need volunteers after each Mass on the 28th and 29th to assist with order pickup. Aside from assembling the subs, your time commitment will only be 20-30 minutes.

    We are still in need of volunteers to sign up for our Hoagies for Heaven fundraiser. Our first weekend will be next weekend and we are in need of people to stay after Mass and help take orders, especially the 4PM Saturday, and the 12:30PM and 6PM Masses on Sunday. Taking orders is only a 20-30 minute commitment of your time.     I’ve added a new task to the signup sheets for this Saturday, October 7th, at 8am. We will be stuffing order forms in all the bulletins immediately after TMIY is over. If you’re coming to TMIY anyway, please consider sticking around for an additional hour to lend a hand.
